Observation

0225(3)(a) Licensor observed dogs that have direct contact with enrolled children. Provider stated dogs had all vaccinations provider was not able to provide verification of vaccinations to licensor while on site. 0225(5)(a) Provider stated dogs go across the grass to the rocks in the far back side of the property. Licensor observed this space is assessable to children. The playground area has a partial fence around it allowing children into the remainder of the yard allowing access to the dog relief area.
